Meetings

Our meetings are normally held on the last Thursday of each month.  Meetings are open to all members.  Board meetings can be held at any time, even as part of a regularly scheduled monthly meeting.  All members have a vote on issues that arise at a meeting.  Only Board members however can vote on matters that require the attention of the Board.  These items will be considered at a Board meeting or identified as a Board agenda item at a regularly scheduled meeting.
