If you break down between Hartwells Locks and the Ottawa Locks at the Château Laurier, and Dows Lake Marina doesn’t respond, or is unable to help, you can call Stuart Fraser, who is a 15- minute drive from the Pavilion, and can come to the rescue, if available.
